Previous Camps

Sunshine Coast Youth Theatre has staged 9 Summer Camps and 9 Winter Camps. Our tenth Summer Camp will take place in the upcoming December 2019 holidays.

Previous productions have included: Aladdin Jr, High School Musical Jr, Legally Blonde Jr, Singin’ in the Rain Jr, Shrek Jr, Peter Pan Jr, The Little Mermaid Jr, Beauty and the Beast Jr, Cinderella Kids and Annie Kids to name a few.

Students from as young as Grade 1, all the way through to 18 years of age have been able to participate and experience the joy of theatre.

Upcoming Camp

These coming holidays SCYT will be staging Elf Jr for its Summer Camp production.

Summer Camp will take place from 9th - 14th December 2019, with performances at The Events Centre Caloundra on Saturday 14th December and The J Noosa on Friday 20th December 2019.

Summer Camp is open to those between Grades 1 - 18 years of age (in 2019). All levels of experience are welcome - the more the merrier at SCYT!

Lead roles will need to go through an audition process - check out our Audition page for more information.

For those who wish to just be involved you can sign up straight up to the Ensemble - no audition required! Places are limited, with bookings being taken on a ‘first in, best dressed’ basis. Our previous Camp booked out, so we recommend getting in sooner rather than later.

Please read the General Information for more information including Camp dates, costs, performance dates etc.
